Description
I went to watch "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" the other day and I looooove
the movie (the 3D not so much). There are mermaids on the movie (YEY!!!
) and I really like the concept, very beautiful and charming but vicious...This is Syrena, the one mermaid that has a bigger role in the movie. Hope you guys like it!!!

In our country, we call mermaids "sirena".

I'm glad to be back! I have a few to post in the next couple of days.
Same thing happened to me, I was drawing last night and a few hours ago, and it look like a was 5 years old again. But after a few pages of crap, it looked like me once again.

It looks like you are talking about me. I start using my digital programs or watercolors, and I don't remember tools or tecniques I was used to apply automatically in the past.
I suppose it's all a matter of practice

Mermaids on Pirates of the.. are great!!! It's a different, more adult version of mermaids. Ariel is great, but is G-rated.

Mermaids were a big fave for me in the movie as well. I love the way you did the side fins. And kudos for paying attention to the scaling under the water line like in the movie. Nice job! ^_^
