nupe becuase photoshop is lame x3 SAI, sketchbook pro, and manga studio are the only ones that i know have stab :3

ahh yeah, the pen tool is the closest thing to a stabilizer in ps then. i dont usually use it tho too much work

omg u should its the only program i use and i love it like sure it doesn't have the fancy features and affects that photoshop has but it has its own pros and cons i downloaded a cracked version twice and only ended up with a virus when i decided to just spend the $50 to get the full version and trust me i don't regret it one bit!
