In simpler words, may I have permission to upload this art to a site? I would not be making profit under it, and it would be known as yours. Seeing as we cannot have 'lose pixels' I would have to move your signature into the INSIDE of the lineart. Is this alright with you?

The layer's aren't locked correctly babe >=! I can't change the eye color without it coloring outside the lines and such and the opacity for the marking layers are at 0 so no-one can use it unless they change it and it's not for the full lineart when you change it ;x;!
