I am Isekai Trash, I know, but I love the genre. I feel like Tanya should be Lawful Evil since she knows how to bend laws so she can hurt people. Albedo would be Neutral Evil since she won't hurt who she loves (which is only Ainz) while Malty is Chaotic Evil since she betrays everyone by force of habit regardless if it would benefit her to stay on their good sides.

Succubi (like Albedo) are Chaotic Evil by default (at least in Dungeons and dragons where Overlord gets a LOT of inspiration). Tanya doesn't actually enjoy killing (in the light novels it's revealed that she's high when fighting, and I don't mean altitude) also she herself has said that she merely does what she's told(a very common defense that Nazi generals used was "we knew what we did was wrong, but we were just following orders". Malty is just plain evil, because while she does betray everyone, she is a devoted member of the Cult of the Three Heroes, so she probably has some respect for Spear Cuck, at least, also she has no rhyme, nor reason

I always saw evil alignments by what the villain values.
Chaotic Evil values pain and suffering of others above all else even if it doesn't benefit them which really fits Malty to a T since she just loves causing people misery even though she could get better rewards by being honorable.
Neutral Evil values themselves and will go whatever it takes to get what they want even if it means lying, cheating, and killing. Since Albedo just wants Ainz then she does whatever he wants since that's what makes her happy.
Lawful Evil values themselves but are intelligent enough to know which side of the bread their butter is and so won't do something that blows up in their faces so usually come off as pragmatic which is definitely Tanya's MO.

The thing is that Malty only does value herself. She doesn't try to cause pain to Motoyasu or her father. She endangers others, but it's always for her own gain, not willy-nilly. Neutral Evil is what fits her best.
