June Birthstone: PearlOkay why do they call pearl a birthSTONE? it's not really a stone, after all...
Anyway, when I was finishing this, it started raining. neat! lol It dawned on me though--Reben is a very light colored character, but he wears dark colors in his clothing. I wonder if this was a subconscious reaction to his crap-tastic backstory. One day, I shall draw him in white. X3 Enjoy please! X3 NEXT!.. *gets back to work*

The upper part of his arm seems a bit thick to me compared to his forearm, but again, might just be me. 8B

yeah that's how he wears it now. his bangs got longer and floppier too.
yeah, there is just a little foreshortening that I messed up a little on, but he does have a bit of a buff bod. he's not pumped so much as he is toned. Flying takes a lot of muscle power to stay in position. He's not a skinnyboy like Murophu is. XD

Yeah, it takes some major muscle to fly. Sometimes I look around at some of the winged beings around this site and wonder "How do they do it?" It takes not only muscle but a large enough wingspan...

I suppose pearl can still be considered a gem, even if not a gemstone. Beautiful work - my anticipation to see this was not disappointed.
