Yeah Chi and Pap are both crushing on each other, of course neither are going to admit it, why? Well that's what Sans has been wondering, but the two do say these things
Chira says she doesn't say anything since Papyrus has a thing for Mettaton, and would rather him get with someone that she knew he liked, then make their friendship weird instead, (Which he does, but it's more of a celebirty crush)
Papyrus says he could most certainly admit his crush to Chira whenever, but he didn't want their friendship to become weird or anything (And it's totally because he's afraid too!)
Also a funny thing I thought of is that their ship name would be Papira (which sounds kinda like Papaya)
