Description
Name: Citia (pronounced City-ah)Species: Thep Khufan (Formerly), ChroKhufan (½Chronosapien ½Thep Khufan)
Homeworld: Anur Khufos
Personality: Diabolical, obsessive, cunning and ruthless, Citia is hell-bent on achieving her one true goal by any means neccesary, even if that includes ending countless lives in her wake. However, she is not cruel or without conscience-- She is shown to regret the harm that she causes, but continues anyway, as in her insanity, she truly believes that with enough Mana, she can go back in time and her actions will be undone. She is also very clever and strategically minded, and is often amiable when interacting with other, even if she is fighting them, though she has little patience if she feels her goal is seriously threatened.
Age: 525
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 106 lbs.
Occupation(s):
-Mechanic (Formerly)
Important Family Members:
-Zaman (Husband, deceased)
-Xyti (Daughter, deceased)
-Ra (Eldest Son, deceased)
-Ossi (Youngest Son, deceased)
Backstory: Once, in the distant past, Citia was a loving mother and wife who only desired the best for her family, while also going about her day-to-day life as a mechanic who fixed various forms of off-world technology for Khufos' wealthy elite. However, that changed when she stumbled upon a device known only as The Heart of Chronos, which is said to have the power to alter time around it and give anyone who uses it that same ability.
Instantly curious as to the device's full effects and potential, Citia began to study it without rest or pause for multiple years straight. Worried for her mental health, her husband, Zaman, attempted to take the Heart away and send it to a place where it could no longer harm his family and Citia, becoming lost to her own insanity, attacked him. The next thing she knew, her entire family was dead and the Heart was permanently grafted to her chest with no hope of removal.
Wrought with grief and her mental state continuing to decline, she soon realized that the Heart, while it had a Chronosapien's inherent powers of Chronokinesis and gave her such, it lacked the energy needed to travel back in time so that she could save her family from her own hands. Thusy, she began traveling around the Multiverse, collecting massive amounts of Mana and other forms of Life Energy (including souls collected by Reapasapiens and the Auras of Huntsmen and Huntresses on Remnant) in order to build up the energy she needs to accomplish her goal and reunite with her lost family.

--This ripple, in layman's terms, is known as the Sotobro Effect.
-Time-related abilities cannot be used in areas where time does not exist, like the beginning of a universe, pocket dimensions or The Backrooms.
-Time-related abilities can be disabled by a powerful EMP, such as that of a solar flare.
-There is a limit to how many Citia's bandages can stretch before they rip and break.
-Can be flattened by heavy objects.
-Can be frozen solid by liquid nitrogen.
-Can become tangles in her own bandages, or the bandages of other Thep Khufans.
-Can be controlled by a Vladat's Corrupturas.
-Bandages can melt if dipped in water.
-Bandages can burn if ignited by fire or shocked by electricity.
Trivia:
-Citia is directly inspired by and based off of Nox, the Season 1 primary antagonist of a French anime known as Wakfu.
--Citia also speaks in a French accent, in reference to Wakfu being made in France.
-Zaman, the name of Citia's husband, is Arabic for Time, foreshadowing her own fall to villainy.
-Unlike normal Thep Khufans, Citia cannot be carried away by strong winds thanks to added weight from the Heart of Chronos in her chest.
