As the eldest and leader of his kind, it's his responsibility to maintain peace with his Galvan creators, keep any trouble makers like Malware in line and see to it that the future remains free of corruption and all who look up to him live in relative peace and harmony.

Backstory: Like the rest of his kind, Freeware was born from the primordial well of Azmuth's experiment to terraform Galvan B. However, he's special in that he's the very first, born before all the rest, as well as the only Pure White Mechamorph in existence, not counting Hardware, who's only half White. When Azmuth and his fellow scientists gave the moon to the Mechamorphs, Freeware volunteered to lead his people in the coming eons, and he continues to do so to this very day.

-Despite being a relatively new species, the Galvanic Mechamorphs have still managed to develop their own wild tales of heroes, gods and prophecies over the ensuing decades, but their most popular and well known is that of the "Pure One", blessed by the Celestialsapiens and given divine power so that he may smite their personal devil, Malware, and sacrifice his life so that he may act as the new heart of Galvan B, should the moon ever be destroyed.
--As such, Freeware is completely immune to the corrosive touch of Malware, as well as all of his abilities that can petrify or destroy other Mechamorphs.
-As explained in Sigmatrix Alien Homeworlds #8, all Galvanic Mechamorphs come in several different colors, depending on the region of the moon in which they were created and some unique abilities. Being the only White Mechamorph in existence, Freeware has access to all of these traits at the same time, making him far stronger than any other Mechamorph.
