since i remember, i was always afraid of my abusive father.
one of my earliest memories (i was around 3-4 years old) is waiting for him to leave the house and go to his job. he used to physically and mentally abuse me, a lot. he’s also an alcoholic.
i promised myself that i’ll be better than him, that i will never fall into drinking.
and i didn’t. but my coping mechanisms are even worse.
i do not want to have children. i have ptsd and anger issues, i won’t continue the cycle of abuse.
