finding out that your ex friend uses mdma and propably opiates is the WORST thing imaginable. i know what kind of shit is drug addiction and even tho we arent friends anymore this makes me awfully sad to see someone i truly cared for becoming like thisor maybe im just overreacting…??? idk im high on dxm rn so i may get over it when ill be sober.

Yeah, I get you. Dissociatives really make it hard to think for a while. Opioids are awful, so easy to get addicted. I never liked them, I always feel nauseous, no matter what it is. Codeine made me feel good for a while, then itchy, then the terrible nausea set in. And it’s like that every single time, maybe it’s a blessing in disguise because that means opioids aren’t appealing to me so I won’t get addicted. I myself started with amphetamine, which sucks you in like a black hole. Got out of the addiction thankfully, after awful 8 months, but I had to cut the dealer out of my life & everyone associated w him because I knew I’d come back for more if I kept in contact. I too don’t get the hype around weed, I tend to puke when I smoke too much. The high is hard to hide for me & overall not very enjoyable, I get mad munchies & feel so dumb. Uppers are more for me, but I know better than to get involved w them again since I used to be an addict.
