Well, lets take a look at that.
Trixie's amulet empowers her Magicka Tenfold. Magicka grants the user whatever powers are within their mental plane. Twilight's mechanical implants include optical implants, a Heads-up-display (HUD), A memorial storage chip (S.P.I.K.E.), What appears to be an artificial life support system, a grasping/interactive tool or arm, and basic flight patterns achieved by use of small mechanical wings. All this is powered by, (trumpet fanfare) her Magicka output. Look at the wires coming down from her horn and accessing all the other parts of her body. So, Trixie, with her increased output of power and large plane of knowledge, would defeat Twilight in both cases.

Head dresses, earpieces, and robot parasprites, oh my!
This is amazing, the modifications you have here look very practical, except perhaps that skirt/wing thing. I like the little robot arm/pencil holder thingy the best, shortly followed by the eyepiece. This is what I expect to look like in twenty years. Only, you know, not a horse. Probably.

Also I just realized those blade-things on her sides may be supposed to be wings. Not sure though, but they do look winglike.
