Thank you, it was a fun one! These are taking me less and less time with each go, but on average about 4-5 hours. Sometimes i see a neat pose on this amazing site - www.quickposes.com/ and sometimes i just do crappy little sketches to see if i can make something look believable in the anatomy and pose. I always try and change the poses i find on quick poses enough so its my own thing too

If you try using that site with the time limits, you might find you'll start drawing nice and fluid and a lot quicker
