I've kept working on her face shape a bit more this time using MGS4 Big Mama (EVA) as huge reference.
Believe it or not, that's actually Quiet's face and hair (XOF model).
I've already placed back the face bones, because after all her face changes, well, bones were not placed where they should be anymore.
