Depths play through with Viraj : )

He finds a chunk of a volcanic vent on the shores of a beach he felt drawn to. The piece of rock then leads him to where it belongs and he is mystified by the stone formations, having never seen anything like it before. As he goes to leave, the vents blow out and within the clouds, a triangular hard object is found. Curious about whether or not this object will also take him for an adventure, he holds it close as he swims aimlessly, deeper into the ocean.

He comes across a creature half buried in the sands of the sea floor and begins to show some signs of fear - he is already in a very unfamiliar place, it’s incredibly dark, and now there is an unknown creature waiting in the sands for him. The triangular object begins to vibrate ,trying to comfort him. He sees a brief flash of a memory - this creature was once a big fin squid, drifting to and from in the ocean. And this triangular object was actually part of its mouth, called a beak. Viraj pauses in reflection of the creatures life when a gentle glow alerted him.

Another unknown creature in the depths, but this time alive. He goes to swim away, fear seeping further in but the creature continued to follow him. Swimming more and more, the depths continue to glow, little speckles in the dark like stars in the night sky. This thought comforted him and he slowed down to meet with the creature following him. He studied it and noted the tear drop on an antenna like structure where the main source of the glow was from. There was little glowing spots on its body too. The fish like creature swam away and started to hunt for food, almost as if it was demonstrating what the antenna was supposed to do. As Viraj watches, another anglerfish comes into view but it’s bulb shines more fiercely, and even looks like a spark. Drawn to it, Viraj swims towards the bright spark, drifting up and up, back to the surface.
