This is an older photo I hadn't uploaded because the two blurry things in the front bothered me... but even though it's not perfect, I'm still fond of it. Lily is always a beautiful subject.Sweetlight is a term I read in a photography book, referring to the golden hour a few minutes after sunrise, and a few minutes before sunset when the light is just beautiful. That's what it was like when I took this photo, and I liked the term so that's why I used it.

This image reminds me of my childhood cat, Casper. I wrote a poem on my blog. The theme I was to write about was "Can one go home?" Of course, for me, childhood was a long time ago, but the sun, reading and my cat were a huge part of my summer days. I used this photo as this looks a lot like my Casper. I thought I would give you a link and I will take the photo down if you like. I did give you credit and linked it back to here.

Actually the two fuzzy grass pieces give it great depth, I think they really add to the shot. Great job

What are you talking about when you said this picture isn't perfect? I think this is a very good shot!! In fact, those two so-called "blurry things" in the front don't take anything away from this shot, but help add depth to it!! Nice shot!!

They don't really bother me. I am attracted to the beautiful lighting in this shot. As well as her cute expression. It looks like she is trying to intice herself with those plants.
