I made this for nickline for my "Be My Valentine" Custom swap on the MLP Arena ^_^On her list of favs, she listed robots
and her fav colors where blues greens and aquas (i stretched the blue idea and when with a shade or purple/periwinkle for the girl Wink )
So i went with that
The girl robot is sculpted with apoxie and i used wire for her legs/arms
and the rest is painted with acrylic
she is re-rooted with blue and purple pony hair and a few streaks of 'silver bullet' from dollyhair.

What type of paint did you use to get that iridescent look? Is it some kind of iridescent paint over silver? It looks geat.

I used folkart metallic paints (silver, purple mixed with white to get the lighter color, and blue) and the aqua in the middle of the heart is just a regular acrylic, but i tried to blend it into the silver metallic.

This is totally and utterly flabagastingly awesome. I really love the little hearts, the way you painted her symbol and the colours you have used.
