Naruto: (points to his Rasenshuriken) Hey, Temari! You know my Futon: Rasenshuriken is pretty strong from the what I did during the war. So this means my Wind is stronger than yours! I'm the stronger Wind user!
Temari: (smirks in challenge and opens battlefan) We'll see about that, Mr. Sage!

Now let the battle begin! Who will win and be title the Strongest Wind User?! Naruto or Temari?! Place your bets, everyone! 
This cute scene, of chibi Naruto teasing Temari over him considering being the strongest Wind user, is a commission done for me by the talented !
Ever since the chapter/episode of Naruto fighting against the Edo-Tensi Third Raikage (during the Fourth Great Shinob War), I'd asked myself, "Is Naruto the strongest wind user? Even more stronger than Temari?" I'd imagined a scene (takes place after the war), where Naruto teases Temari, and she gets a bit pissed, so she smirks back and takes the challenge to show Naruto just who is the strongest Wind user. Β So I'd asked xXUnicornXx to draw a cute chibi scene of Naruto and Temari in this particular scene, and the result is this cute scene. Unicorn did a great job showing Naruto to be a tease and showoff and Temari to be ready to knock Naruto's block off. Poor, poor Naruto. He'll learn the hard way it is best not to tease a powerful kunoichi like Temari, especially over who is the strongest wind user.
Now, of course, it is somewhat debatable (or maybe not) whether Naruto or Temari is the strongest Wind user. Temari had admitted, during the Fourth Great Shinobi War, that Naruto's Futon: Rasenshuriken is the strongest wind she had ever felt. Yet IMO, just because Naruto have a wind jutsu that have the strongest wind, does not mean he is overall the strongest Wind user. Naruto only have one wind jutsu (as far as I know) with vary of varients, while Temari have many different wind jutsu from what I've seen of her. Naruto's Rasenshuriken can only take down one opponent, while Temari's strongest wind jutsu (from what I've seen) can slice a large swath of forest, no doubt taking many enemy shinobi in the process (I'm referring to when she took out Tayuya).Β
So what you think? Temari or Naruto being the strongest Wind user?

So there you have it! Naruto teasing and bragging at Temari, who is turn takes on the challenge to show Naruto who is the strongest Wind user! Despite how strong Naruto is, I know he will soon bein a world of hurt to underestimate Temari, Wind Goddess of Suna!
BTW, I want to thank Unicorn for doing a splendid job with this commisison. Naruto and Temari are very well drawn and nicely colored and shaded, and the forest backround looks great, for it contrasts with the characters well. Thanks, Unicorn!

Naruto win. And about Rasenshuriken, you're sure that this jutsu can defeat only 1 opponent? When RasenShuriken explode, then it might defeat many of people, not to mention Oodama RasenShuriken.

As I had mentioned in my art description, Temari admitted that Naruto have a stronger wind than her, during the battle with the Third Raikage. Yet Naruto only have *one* wind jutsu in canon, compared to several seen in Temari's list. Β Just because Naruto have the strongest wind jutsu does not mean he is the strongest wind user overall.Β

Basically what you're saying is that number of techniques dictates skill. And I'm saying that you can have all the techniques you want, but the stronger technique (in this case, Rasenshuriken) is going to still be stronger.

No, I was saying that Naruto only know one wind jutsu, and that does not make him the strongest wind user overall. He have the strongest wind jutsu, yes, but overall, it does not make him the strongest wind user. It depends mostly on what *types* of wind jutsu one have and how they use them. Temari have variety of wind jutsu, and most of them are long range attack jutsu, as well as few defense jutsu. Given her skills in strategy (she is a Jonin for a reason), it *may* be possible she could defeat Naruto if they only use their wind jutsu. He only have one wind jutsu, and that's a short-range combat jutsu.Β
So I just do not agree that Naruto having the strongest wind jutsu automatically makes him the strongest wind user. It depends on other variables as well, not just who have the strongest wind jutsu.Β

He absorbs Shukaku and the other Bijuu and gains their abilities. Also, the Rasenshuriken can be thrown, so it's not exactly close range. The wind release Rasengan is though.

As I *said*, if they only use *wind jutsu* alone, Naruto would likely be at a disadvantage compare to Temari. Again, just because he have the most powerful wind jutsu, does not mean he is the most powerful wind *user*. He have no other wind jutsu other than Rasenshuriken.Β
If you want to believe he is the most powerful wind user based solely on the Rasenshuriken, you're free to believe it. I on the other hand question that due that it would take far more than one powerful jutsu to claim such a title.Β

Sorry, but I'd must say you're pretty ignorant here. Naruto does have the *single* most powerful wind jutsu. But that's it. Temari has a variety of wind jutsus, close range, mid range, long range. She is overall the better wind user.
I would just like to add into the discussion that Danzo might be the best wind user and better than Naruto. He is Hokage rank after all.

Apparently, from my understanding, Naruto now has the abilities of all the Bijuu, including Shukaku. Shukaku chiefly used wind and sand, and he WAS a Bijuu, despite being the weakest of them all. And Naruto now has his abilities. That's how I'm justifying it. Just my opinion.
