If you look at the scene, the deviation title pretty much fits it. Mei is blushing, no doubt to the close proximy to Naruto, not to mention he is touching her. Given that smirk of his, I'm sure Naruto is aware Mei is flirting with him, especially with the way she is showing off that cleavage of hers.

It has been a long time since I last commissioned a Naruto/Mei art. Inspired by Amenoosa 's commission work of Naruto helping Konan weight-lift ( fav.me/d7hgupt ), I'd thought that a nice semi-romantic scene would be for Naruto to teach Mei how to play tennis. I found this nice reference photo and gave it to Amenoosa. I was not disappointed one bit, for Amenoosa did a remarkable job showing the pair flirting while pose in an intimate position with one another. I'm sure most guys would love to be in Naruto's position with the sexy Fifth Mizukage.
