This lovely scene of Tenten, looking fab in a rad outfit while having her hair in a single braid, is a commission done for me by the talented !
Back in August 2012, I'd asked 3DarkSnow3 to draw Tenten wearing a different hairstyle than her usual twin buns, aka Ox-horns. I suggested a single braid, and surely enough, DarkSnow came through with this awesome look of Tenten! She looks beautiful!
Yet sadly, a few weeks ago, DarkSnow deactivated her dA account (I don't know why). Given she is no longer on dA, I'd decided to repost this full-body commissioned art she had done for me. A higher-res crop art is still on my dA page, so if anyone is interested in looking at that, check it out by clicking on the thumbnail below.
So there you have it! Tenten looking fabulous in an awesome outfit with her hair in a lovely single braid style! Can one say 'Hot!'?

Well, that's the drawing style of the artist, for the style is not anime style of the Naruto series, so even if one places her hair in the twin buns (Ox-horns), she would still not look exactly like Tenten anyway.
The most recognize features of Tenten have to be her hairstyle. I'd asked for her hair to be in a single braid in order to have a change of pace from the usual.

As I said, it's the drawing style. Tenten's features in the Naruto series style would make Tenten stand out even if her hair is different. So I understand what you're talking about. That's just the way it with this artist's drawing style.
And yes, I see what you mean that her hair color is not as brown as it should be. Again, the artist is the one who colored her that way. Sadly, she's not around anymore to take in the advice.
