This here is the Decepticon team from the 2007 live action movie in the style of Transformers Animated. [Note: I know that Soundwave didn't appeared in the first movie, but I think having another well known Decepticon in the team would be better, and as you can see, Megatron is the only one who remains in his Cybertron vehicle mode, to make him look like his movie counterpart, and although Blackout didn't appear on earth in the cannon animated show, someone did made an image of him having a helicopter form like his movie counterpart, and it seems that is what Barricade, that Decepicon cop that Bumblebee fought, would look like in the animated show if he did appeared in it.] I hope you'll all like this here.

Bio: Before time began… there was the cube, known as the AllSpark. Nobody knows where it came from, only that it has the power to create worlds and fill them with life. That was how the planet Cybertron and the Cybertronians were born, but like all great power, some wanted it for good… others for evil… and so began the great Cybertronian war between the peace loving Autobots, and the evil Decepticons, a war that lasted for millions of years until almost all were destroyed, and the cube was lost in the far reaches of space. When a small Autobot space bridge repair crew, lead by Optimus Prime, found the cube by accident, they were bring chased by a Decepticon war ship, controlled by the evil Megatron, leader of the Decepticons, until both ships fell into a space bridge, which was activated by the power of the cube, and they were all sent to a planet called earth, which began a new war for the last remaining Cybertronians, one that will not only decide the fate of both Cybertron and the earth, but the whole galaxy as well.

Megatron: The leader of the Decepticons (voiced by Frank Welker), and one of the Cybertronians that started the Great war on Cybertron for control of the AllSpark cube. He started out as a gladiator on Cybertron, who wanted to show all of Cybertron that he was the most powerful Cybertronian that should have the right to lead, which lead him to become the most infamous Decepticon leader he is known to be today. Like all the other Decepticons, Megatron wanted to use the cube's power for evil and full control of the galaxy, but due to his power and brute strength, no Decepticon dares to challenge him for leadership (aside from Starscream of course). He barely remembers the names of any Autobot he faces in the past, except for those that get in his way many times, like Optimus Prime and his team for example. He was the only one that kept his Cybertronian vehicle mode as he didn't think any earth form was good enough for him. Just when he was about to get his hands on the cube, Spike tricks the Decepticon leader to place it into his chest, which puts him offline as a result, ending the war once and for all.

Starscream: Megatron's second in command (voiced by Tom Kenny), and the only Decepticon that would dare challenge Megatron for leadership. Although he tends to be a bit of a coward, he was a Decepticon that was able to give Megatron a challenge for leadership, which leads him to the rank as his second in command. There were times that Megatron wanted to put Starscream offline for his attempts to get rid of him, but due to having a small team, and not risking of losing his soldiers until he gets the cube kept him from doing it.

Soundwave: The Decepticons' sound warrior and medic (voiced by Jeff Bennett), who often speaks in an emotionless computer voice and believes that Decepticons are superior and Autobots are inferior. He has two Mini cons named Laserbeak and Ratbat, which can transform into either guitar or a keytar, which allows him to play music that can be used as an attack through sonic shock waves or controlling normal robots. The Decepticon prefers to say 'Operation' before commencing one for Megatron's plans.

Blackout: The biggest of the Decepticons (voiced by David Kaye), and the most loyal to Megatron. Blackout has the ability to send out an EMP blast from his stomps to take out power from his enemies, allowing him and his fellow Decepticons to attack. However, thanks to Ratchet's own EMP generator, the Autobots can counteract the Decepticon's attack. One could say that Blackout is like this version of Lugnut from the cannon Transformers Animated, all bulk and no brains.

Barricade: The bad cop of the Decepticons (voiced by Bumper Robinson), who attacks anyone who violates the laws of Megatron. He often hangs out with Blackout, who is the like muscle to go with the bad cop's brain. Barricade often targets Bumblebee as he gets in his way more often than any of the other Autobots, especially when he tried to attack Spike and Carly for the first time. One could think that he's this version of Blitzwing from the cannon Transformers Animated, like how Blackout is for Lugnut as well.
