Well, Megan appeared in my MLP: FIM fics in the past, so I can imagine many moons later (and thanks to Narnia-like time), she would be a great grandmother with her and her family making contact with the new Equestria after all this time.
Or a Gen 5 version of Megan appears in Gen 5. Give or take.
