Pretty nice, never thought of doing Ordon Link lol. The hair looks a bit strange, but that's not a big deal and hair is always hard to do. Other than that, shading. It looks a bit random on this sprite. Remember that JUS shading has a light source coming from the upper left. For example, his arm could use a bit more darkness on the right side.
Also, looking at this picture [link] it seems to me like you made that part that goes around his waist too low, and maybe a bit too wide.
Overall though, I really do like this
