Absolutely beautiful. It really takes time to pick out the various elements within it and by doing this it draws you in. I've been staring at it for a while, not going to lie

I love your work I also work with mixed media I will be adding some soon...I was just wondering if you think you could get the same effect without using a computer. And also the face in the middle is amazing the whole piece is...and the emotion comes screaming through my screen, but could you have gotten the same piece without using a computer?

Oh definitely, I scanned this from my sketchbook and enhanced the contrast and added a few brushes but most of it is just ink on paper. It's really easy, see [link] . Thank you for the kind words!

I don't really know, I didn't measure when I was making it, but the original isn't nearly as dark, a lot of that is Photoshop.

reminds me of the book The Book Thief. the narrator describes the sky as going from white to red after people died (the story takes place during WWII). very nice.
