I chose this title according to the awesome song from Yellowcard "Shadows and Regrets" *love it*, because it fits the story of Sun and Emendy very well...

~I'm back, back in town, and everything has changed.
I feel, feel let down, the faces stay the same.

When I drive, drive so slow, through this memory.

When we were only kids, and we were best of friends,

The scenes shown on this picture are mostly key scenes of "Blood Sick".
The one in the middle shows the moment were Emendy regains her memory of what happened before she was turned into a vampire, by being embraced by Sun. Mostly memories of Sun(alias Liam, Liam's his real name), because he was and still is the most important person in her life.
Th picture which shows the two of them in school is the one were they get to know each other and begin to be friends because of Emendy teasing him and saying that Liam's so cute xD Even though Liam doesn't like this in the beginning, he starts to love this cheerful character of Emendy, a person who enjoys life the fullest, other than him who couldn't do this because of his second life as a Vampire Hunter.
The one with the green tree in the background is just a photo taken by Eme's mom.
After that there's the scene were Liam has got a broken arm, because he fell down a tree. He's trying to comfort Emendy, because she thought that it was her fault, cause Liam tried to get her kite out of a tree.(that event is the cause of the scar on his left upper arm)
Next comes the scene in winter were little Liam points at Emendy and tells her to keep away from the forest behind her house, because he saw traces of vampires there and wanted to protect Emendy.
Next is the scene were he reaches out his hand... this one doesn't have much of a reason... maybe he's saying: "Don't worry, I'll take you home" or something like that there^^
Then there's the scene were he rubs his eye, because he's sleepy from drawing into the late night. YES, Liam's an artist, too
The smiling Liam is just there because I wanted to draw like that since he's not smiling very often in the future. I wanted to show that he was sometimes very happy when he was with Emendy, even though his life was rough.
The picture with the other women next to Emendy shows her mother and her, 2 years after the car accident in which her father died. In fact it wasn't a car accident, he was killed by vampires, but the Hunters told everyone that it was an accident.Her mom is very depressed since then...
The pic with the graffiti in the background is just for my own pleasure xD hoooooot Sun xD You can understand why Emendy fell in love with him in high school^^
Finally the biggest picture with the two of them:
Sun: "I'm sorry, but I couldn't be with you..." That's what Sun replied after Emendys confession. He said that because of the second world he knows. The existence of vampires. He didn't want Eme to be dragged into this world by him going out with her and finally explaining why he always had to leave at ten o' clock. And even though he loves her very much, he thinks that he couldn't have a normal human as his girlfriend, because he's one of the highest ranked Hunters. He always thought about his job this idiot...>.<
This rejection towards Emendy was the beginning of everything...
She tried to get over Sun so she had a new boyfriend. But he was a total asshole and kinda raped her. After that she got pregnant, she told Sun about this "problem" but he said he couldn't help her, so she got angry, ran away and got drunk, because she wanted to forget everything. When she still couldn't forget she tried to commit suicide and that's were Maurice, the one who turned her into a vampire, appeared.
And here we are at the beginning of the main story
