Twilight, Thorax and Athena often visit the crystal empire, ever since the war and their parents passing. Twilight feels terrible for Gardenia, as she notices the hearts on her cheek fading and it seems she's not as bright as she once was.
"Gardenia you know we could stay here with you three, it'll make it so much easier for you." Twilight suggests yet again.
Gardenia wished she could say yes but she didn't want to burden her dear aunt and replies with a simple, "I know and I'll let you know when we need it but for now I think we're fine"
Shining Gem enjoys talking to uncle Thorax because there's not any other guys to talk with in the castle, except the guards but they just can't ignore the crown enough to have fun with the prince. Thorax doesn't mind hearing Shining Gem's rambles about this or that, though he doesn't know much about Crystal Empire games and such. He enjoys being there for his nephew.
Athena and Flurry are about the same age so they often are seen together. Flurry, is complaining about the her older siblings and their ridiculous over-bearing rules on flurry. She can't believe how they dare act like parents to her. Athena is just shocked hearing flurry rant, not that the ranting bothers her she's used to listening to it. Athena just can't believe how ill she speaks of her older siblings. She's so rude?

So I redesigned Shining Gem so he's not an alicorn as well but like it looks unfair now lol, also Flurry's got yellow in her hair instead because I realized not one of them has cadence's yellow lol oops. Also Twilight is preggo again yay! A new lil bug bab can't wait!
