If I can guess, maybe she fell onto her back and then spurt up in size very quickly before her legs dropped and we have what we see. Sometimes when you fall onto your back your legs flip straight up before falling back to the ground/floor. But honestly, only the artist can truly say, this is just a hard guess on my part
