Here's part three. This time, it's mostly ghost characters.

Clockwork (Fun Fact: I listened to Pink Floyd's "Time" while drawing him, because I thought it seemed fitting.)
Skulker (somehow, this redesign makes him look a bit more scary.)
Nicolai Technus
Lunch Lady
Box Ghost (Of course this guy was going to show up sooner or later.)
Desiree (the ghostly genie!)
Penelope Spectra (both human and "true" forms. To me, she's not exactly a typical ghost. She seems more like a sort of she-demon or a vampire, since she feeds off of misery.)
I thought about including Bertrand with Spectra, but then I decided not to, as I didn't want to add too much to this one.

As for the debatable topic on what ghosts are in the DP universe... here's how I think it would work in the Film Roman version; some ghosts (like Princess Dorathea, Desiree, Ember, Lunch Lady and Box Ghost) used to be humans and became ghosts/spirits when they died. Others, such as Skulker, Fright Knight, and Pandora, are otherworldly creatures of a separate species. Therefor, there's technically two types of ghosts in the Ghost Zone. It's complicated, I know, but I was trying to strike a balance between the two "theories".

Also, you know how I said that Star was going to be in this part? I changed my mind about that. She'll be in part four instead, because I only wanted to use ghostly characters for this one.
