Description
Sort of a continuation of "Lycia yelling at Young Ricky", as suggested by HenryandGideonGrey .After young Ricky left, being insulted by Lycia Tabitha, Henry Fox tried to scold the Melmacian feline for her bad deeds. But Lycia got annoyed with Henry right away, and she started yelling at him as well, making the poor fox cry. Cracky Levine also showed up to insult Henry as well. Hearing Henry's sobbing, his adoptive brother Dibsy Fox (one of my PB&J Otter OCs, this time drawn in my own style) and Peanut Otter (also in my style) came to defend him. Lycia did not seem pleased with a pair of children trying to interfere with her plan to eradicate all remaining Melmacians, and neither did her assistant Carter Calico or Cracky.
(No negative comments, unless you want to scold Lycia for being mean. Cracky also deserves to get scolded too, because he's a jerk.)

Lycia: "Fine! We'll leave the stupid fox and his friends alone. Come, Carter, we're leaving."
Carter: "As you wise, mistress."
(Lycia and Carter depart, but Cracky stays put.)
Cracky: "I'm not leaving!"

Leather Ted: Oh, no you don't! You three are not leaving until you apologize to him! If you don't I'll tell your parents on you!

Lycia: "You can't tell on my parents because they are DEAD!! But fine..." *growls, then speaks in a sarcastic tone* "Sorry for bugging you, fox."
Henry: "Uh... it's okay."

Leather Ted: Good. Next time you try to threaten my friends, I'll tear you a new one! Now shove off!

Leather Ted: That's good. (Turns to Dibsy, Henry, and Peanut) You three are safe now. But if they ever come back, I'll be waiting for them.

Peanut: "Phew."
Dibsy: "Thank you for saving us, kind sir."

Leather Ted: No problem.

Cracky: “I agree with Lycia, that obese purple fox is very helpless and he’s so pathetic!”

Lycia: "I am glad that you agree with me. That fat little fox pup should not be interfering with my plans."
Carter: "Indeed, my mistress. It is best if he and his friends leave now, before we have to take drastic measures."
Dibsy: "You leave my brother alone!"
Peanut: "Yeah! Leave Henry alone!"
Lycia: "SILENCE!! You're only making yourselves look like fools by defending that runt. Leave now!"

Cracky: (to Dibsy and Peanut) “We can’t understand you, we don’t speak “wussy”!” *laughs*

(Dibsy's eyes start to tear up, but he tries to fight back the urge to cry.)
Dibsy: "Stop it!"
Carter: "My mistress will never stop. If she insists on being mean, then she will be mean, and there's nothing you can do about it."

Cracky: “That’s right, Carter!” (flips Peanut, Dibsy and Henry off)

Carter: "I am glad that you agree, Cracky."
(Henry keeps sobbing, but Dibsy and Peanut get more angry.)

Cracky: (to Henry) “Aww, poor baby!” (imitates crying)

Henry: "S-Stop it! You're mean!!" *sobs*
Lycia: "Why, thank you very much. I like to be mean, and it warms my heart when I hear people acknowledge me like that. It just proves that I am fulfilling my duty as a true villainess."
Carter: "That is true, my mistress."
Dibsy: "You're being a big bully, Cracky. And so are the alien cats. Stop this right now!"

Cracky: (to Dibsy) “I’ve got six words for you and your pathetic friends: You. Are. Sick. In. The. Head”

Dibsy: (yelling at the top of his lungs) "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!"
(As if on cue, Dibsy's mother, Daisy Fox, and her husband James Fox, both run onto the scene.)
Daisy: "Dibsy! Is zat bully bugging your brother again?"
Dibsy: "Yes, mom. Make him stop!"

Cracky: (to Peanut) “You’re insulting, you dumb otter!”

Lycia: "He can do whatever he wants, you dumb fox. So, back off."

(Blacky sees the situation and calls the SAFT Squad, the SAFT Scouts and many other toons)
Cracky: “Yeah, that’s right, Lycia!” (flips off James)

Daisy: "Sacre bleu! Zat is an offensive gesture to use toward my husband!" (Daisy is a French fox, so she speaks with a French accent.)
James: "Yeah, don't flip me off! That is rude!"

(Blacky walks in)
Blacky: “Relax everybody, I just called the S.A.F.T. Squad and many other toons”

James: "Oh, you did? Thank you, sir."
Daisy: "I hope your friends can teach zis guy a lesson."
Lycia: "Oh brother. Cracky, your meddling brother is calling reinforcements!"

Cracky: "PATHETIC BROTHER???!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE???!!!
Blacky: "I saw you picking on this purple fox again, and you are SO going to pay for your bullcrap!"
(Just then, the S.A.F.T. Squad and Scouts arrive. Many toon characters arrive as well, they consist of your toon-sona, Sharpy the Fox, Zip the Squirrel, Honey Boy the Bear, Blossom the Mouse, Jelly Otter, Flick Duck, Munchy Beaver, Pinch Raccoon, the male Melmacian trio, the female Melmacian trio, Mayor Doggenbottom, Teddy Ruxpin, Foofur, Recycle Rex, Bubsy Bobcat, Rayman (who is charging up his powers), Rufus and Amberley Noop)
Cracky: "Oh wow! More wussies!" *laughs*

Bubsy: *scoffs* "Again with the 'wussy' insult?"
Flick: "Typical."
Dennis: "Looks like our old rival Cracky is causing trouble again."
Luna: "I hate that Cracky guy."
Augie: "Me too."
Zip: "Leave those innocent kids alone, you fiend!"

Cracky: (flipping Zip off) “Screw off, you pathetic blue squirrel!”

Blossom: "Hey! That is disrespectful toward my boyfriend!"
(Zip blushes slightly from Blossom's comment, but he decides to stay silent.)
Flippy Doggenbottom: "Cracky, I said it once, and I'll say it again. You are not being very toony!"
Rufus: "Yeah, you heard the dog!"

Blacky: “Yeah, Cracky! You heard Mayor Doggenbottom!”
Cracky: “SCREW OFF!!! All of you!” (he does a double flip-off to everybody)

Lycia: "I am with Cracky on this one. BEGONE!!"
(Everyone gasps at the sight of Cracky's very offensive gesture.)
Luna, Sharpy, Gordon Shumway, Josie Shumway, Bubsy, and Amberley (angrily, in unison): "HOW DARE YOU?!?!"
Recycle Rex: "That's not cool to flip us off!"
Augie: "Oh, that is SO it!! Now I'm gonna go beastly on you!"
(Augie Dingo is very furious at this point. His eyes turn lime green with vertical reptilian pupils as he begins to change. His fur darkens, and he starts to grow in size. His hands and paw-feet grow sharp claws, as the fur covering them falls off somewhat painlessly. Augie's tail also loses almost all of its fur, and becomes a dragon's tail with a black tip. His face and ears lose their fur, his teeth sharpen, and his muzzle morphs into the snout of a Melmacian. He grows two dragon horns above his ears, which also turn into Melmacian ears, and he also grows two bat-like wings on his back. He still keeps his black hair, but his clothes are slightly ripped. Within minutes, Augie's transformation into his Monster form is complete, and he roars at Cracky.)
Luna: "Yeah, I've had enough of you too, Cracky!"
(The dragoness then proceeds to quickly transform into her Rage Mode, her eyes glowing a bright green. She flies right beside Monster Augie, and the two stare Cracky down.)
Jelly: "This is your last chance, alien cats and Cracky. Leave our friends alone, or we'll attack you!"
Flick: "Yeah, you heard her!"
Lycia: "You imbeciles think that Carter, Cracky and I will surrender to you?! NEVER!!!"

Cracky: “That’s right, you losers are pathetic and weak!” (does another double flip-off to the group)
(Blacky turns into his rage form)
Blacky: (in a distorted voice) “Cracky, stop this now!!!”

(Monster Augie and Rage Mode-Luna both growl in agreement with Blacky.)
Teddy: "Yes, Cracky, please stop! What you are doing is very disrespectful!"

Cracky: "You're disrespectful, you pathetic bear!" (flips Teddy off)
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Skip: "No one flips off my Illiop friend like that!" (to Gordon and Rick) "C'mon, guys. We'll have to turn into our Super States to take on this guy."
Gordon: "I had a feeling you would say that, Skip."
Rick: "Yeah. I-I've always wanted to try out my new form."
Skip: "Then let's do it. Teddy, you'd better brace yourself for this one."
Teddy: "For what, Skip?"
(Skip proceeds to spin the diamond-shaped buckle on his belt, which causes him to transform into his Super State, Skete-Porfirio.)
Gordon: "Now me and Rick have to transform too."
(Gordon clutches his Liger amulet, and Rick clutches his Bear-Wolf amulet. By doing this, the power in both amulets is activated, and it causes Gordon and Rick to magically transform into their Melmacian Liger and Bear-Wolf forms, respectively.)
Skip: "Wow, Gordo. You look pretty cool as a Liger."
Gordon: "Thanks, Skip. You look epic too."
Rufus: "Dang! How did those three get superhero forms??"
Amberley: "I have no idea."
Dibsy: "I'm so jealous..."
Teddy: "Wow..." (The Illiop looks at his Melmacian friends' super forms, then turns his attention toward Cracky again.) "You see that? Some of our friends have super powers! Perhaps now they'll teach you a lesson not to be mean."

Blacky: (to the male Melmacians) “Awesome superhero forms, guys!”

Skete-Porfirio, Gordon & Rick (in unison): "Thanks!"

Cracky: “You losers have superhero forms??!! Well, check out my supervillain form!” (puts on his gross-looking red mask and pulls out a chainsaw)

(The other toons, including myself, all look away and groan in disgust.)
Amberley: "That is atrocious!"
Lycia: "Really? You twerps should see me when I'm in my Feral Mode."

Cracky: (to Amberley) “You’re atrocious!” (flips Amberley off)

Rufus: (To Cracky) "No, you are!" (Rufus then does the "V" sign, which would normally mean "V" for victory, but the Noop has the back of his hand facing toward Cracky. Having the back of your hand face forward when doing the "V" sign is considered a rude gesture in the UK, and Rufus is from a UK cartoon, so this is his way of "flipping the bird". Amberley is disgusted upon seeing her friend do this.)
Amberley: "Rufus!! That is an offensive gesture!"
Rufus: (whispering to Amberley) "In the UK it is, Amberley, but it's not in Toontown!"
Amberley: "Okay..."

Blacky: “Stop being so rude, Cracky! You are the worst brother I’ve ever had!”
(Cracky pulls out an AK-47 and snarls)

(Skete-Porfirio, Gordon, Sharpy, Honey Boy, Amberley, Bubsy, Flick, Roger Jabari, Monster Augie, and Rage-Mode Luna all sneer at Cracky, but the rest of the toons, including myself, all gasp at the sight of the gun.)
Blossom: "Oh NO! He's going to shoot us! Save me, Zip!" (She hides behind the blue squirrel.)
Zip: "Don't worry, Blossom, I'll protect you."
Josie: "Put that thing away, Cracky!"
Lycia: "Don't count on it, Josephine."
(Lycia and Carter both proceed to pull out their laser guns, and point them at the good guys.)

Cracky: (to Josie) "I agree with Lycia, you pathetic pig! DON'T EVEN COUNT ON IT!!!" (flips Josie off)
Blacky: “Cracky, enough of the flipping off!”
Cracky: “Shut up pathetic brother!”
(Using the AK-47, Cracky shoots Blacky in the leg and laughs)
Blacky: “OOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!! MY LEEEGGGG!!!!”
Cracky: “It hurts, dosn’t it?”
