Sort of a continuation of "Lycia yelling at Young Ricky", as suggested by HenryandGideonGrey .After young Ricky left, being insulted by Lycia Tabitha, Henry Fox tried to scold the Melmacian feline for her bad deeds. But Lycia got annoyed with Henry right away, and she started yelling at him as well, making the poor fox cry. Cracky Levine also showed up to insult Henry as well. Hearing Henry's sobbing, his adoptive brother Dibsy Fox (one of my PB&J Otter OCs, this time drawn in my own style) and Peanut Otter (also in my style) came to defend him. Lycia did not seem pleased with a pair of children trying to interfere with her plan to eradicate all remaining Melmacians, and neither did her assistant Carter Calico or Cracky.
(No negative comments, unless you want to scold Lycia for being mean. Cracky also deserves to get scolded too, because he's a jerk.)

Lycia: "Wanna bet, blonde girl?"
(Lycia and Carter both charge up their laser guns,Β then shoot Stella, Munchy, and Flippy in the chest. All three of them scream in anguish, and fall to the ground paralyzed.)
Rick: "S-Stella?? NOOOOO!! You're g-gonna pay for that!!"
Lycia: "Pathetic cat-eater. This is what happens when you mess with a villainess like me."
Carter: "That is true, mistress."
Foofur: (To Lycia, Carter and Cracky)Β "You aliens are sick and twisted!"
Recycle Rex: "Yeah, I agree with the blue bloodhound!"

Cracky: βShut your mouth, you mediocre bloodhound!β (shoots Blacky in the other leg)
Blacky: βMY OTHER LEEEGGGG!!!!β
(Cracky notices Rayman behind Foofur and Recycle Rex. Rayman charging up his powers)
Cracky: βYo, limbless wussy, did your mom feed you beer for breakfast?!β (laughs)

(Rayman ignores him, and is almost finished charging up his powers. He seems to be taking a long time to do so, however.)
Bubsy: "Leave my limbless buddy alone! I ain't letting you hurt him!"
Rhonda: "Josie, as much as we tend to fight each other, I think now would beΒ a good time to turn into our own Super States, just like our boyfriends."
Josie: "Right, Rhonda, even though Stella just got paralyzed, and she can't do anything for the moment. Looks like it will be just the two of us!"
(Josie and Rhonda both clutch their amulets and activate their powers, causing them to transform into their Super States. Josie transforms into her Melmacian Wolverine form, and Rhonda becomes her alter-ego, the Rose Vixen, and their transformations are played as a homage to the transformation scenes in "Sailor Moon".)
Gordon: "No way... you girls have Super States too?"
Josie: "We do now, my love." (She giggles and winks at her boyfriend Gordon.)
Rhonda/Rose Vixen: "What do you think, Skete?"
Skete-Porfirio: "You look really cool, babe."
Lycia: *scoffs* "Now you have super powers too?! No matter, those forms will not be enough to stop me and my allies."

Cracky: (to Bubsy) βI donβt speak βfurballβ, so I canβt understand you!β (laughs)
Blacky: (in a hoarse voice) "S-S-Somebody h-h-help-p-p m-m-me!!!"

Josie: "Hold on, Blacky! Rose Vixen and I are coming to help you!"
(Zip and Sharpy both angrily glare at Cracky, and turn into their Super states as well. Honey Boy and Blossom stand back, however.)
Bubsy: "I'm a BOBCAT, darn you!"

Blacky: (in a hoarse voice) βT-T-Thanks!β
Cracky: βDarn you too, furball! (aims the AK-47 at Bubsy and Rayman) Both you and your pathetic limbless friend are going to get shot as well!β

Bubsy: (in a sarcastic tone) "Go ahead, shoot me! But my buddy Rayman will blast your butt into space, because he's going to finish charging his powers any minute! He'll just dodge your stupid bullet!"
(Though he is almost done charging up, Rayman opens one eye, and sees Cracky aiming his gun at him and Bubsy. Quickly, the limbless teen casts a spell on himself to create a force field that will reflect any incoming projectiles, including Cracky's bullets.)
Foofur: "And that shield he just puts up decreases your chance of hurting him."

Cracky: βAlright, if you say so!β (Cracky shoots at Rayman, but has no success, because Rayman has his force field up) βWhat the (*bleep*)?!β (he fires his gun at Rayman again, but still no success) βWHY WONβT THESE STUPID BULLETS BREAK THAT DOME??!!!!β

(Rayman hears this, and merely snickers at Cracky. The limbless boy's powers are now fully charged. He then opens both of his eyes, which are brightly glowing. He generates an energy ball from his hands, and blasts it toward Cracky, knocking him down.)
Bubsy: "Told ya he'd get you, ya son of a hairless goat!" *he laughs.*
Rayman: "Ah, Cracky... picking on my friends again, as usual? And I knew you were going to try and shoot me with that lousy gun." (He makes the "tsk tsk" sound of disapproval while shaking his head, his eye still glowing.) "When will you learn?"
Recycle Rex: "Nice shot, limbless dude!"
Rayman: "Thanks. But I don't think Cracky is going to stay down for long."

(Cracky gets up and notices that his AK-47 is broken and then gasps)
Cracky: (in a tearful voice) βOh, my gun, my beautiful gun!β *sniff* (Cracky then turns to Rayman and growls) βTHAT WAS MY FAVORITE GUN YOU LITTLE MORON, I WILL KILL YOU!!!!!β (his voice becomes slightly distorted when he says the last four words)

Rayman: "Well, it serves you right for picking on me and my friends, you jerk. And funny, joke-around Rayman isn't here today, Cracky!!" (He raises his voice when he says that, then he switches to a quiet, yet threatening tone.) "I'm going to make you pay..."
Peanut: "You tell him, Mr. Rayman!"
(Rayman smiles at the otter briefly, then he focuses his attention back at Cracky. The limbless boy generates another energy ball, and aims it at Cracky, knocking him down again. Then, Rayman snaps his fingers and quickly shape-shifts into his bear form, proceeding to charge right at Cracky and maul him like, well, a bear.)
Jelly: "Cover your eyes, Dibsy and Flick!" (Dibsy covers his eyes, but Flick refuses to do the same.)
Flick: "No way! I can handle this, because I'm not as squeamish as you."
Jelly: "Whatever..." *sighs*

(Cracky is now bruised and scarred and unable to get up)
Cracky: *groaning* βUhh... I canβt get up, and now y-y-youβre *cough* gonna p-p-pay for t-t-this y-y-you p-p-pathetic B-B-BEAR!!!!β (he vomits on the ground and gags)

(Bear Rayman swipes his claws across Cracky's face, scratching him.)
Rayman: "Listen here, Cracky. I'm tired of you picking on me and my friends. Let this be a lesson to you. One of these days, you're going to regret all of the mean things you have done. Especially toward me." (He then turns his head toward Skete-Porfirio, Gordon, Rick, Rose Vixen and Josie.) "Take him away, Melmacians."
Gordon: "As you wish."
(The Melmacians then pick up a badly beaten Cracky, and drag him away.)
Bubsy: "Nice one, pal. You sure showed him not to mess with us!"
Rayman: "Darn right I did. Cracky needs to stop being such a jerk."

Blacky: βRayman, Bubsy? Can you help me? Cracky shot me in the legs with his gun and now I canβt get upβ

Rayman: "Oh! Don't worry, Blacky. I got you."
(The bear rushes over to Blacky, and carefully helps him up.)

Rayman: "No problem, dude. I gave your brother a pretty rough beat-down, but that should keep him from harming anyone else for a while."

me: I see Cracky has escaped...Β
evil me: Stand aside!
me: HUH? I better get help!
evil Remy: Wait! You're gonna want to see this.
me: see what?
evil me: THIS! *punches Cracky*
*all of the other evil clones show up*
me: Woah!
evil Komodo Joe: We quit Cracky! The humiliation was bad enough, But then You pinned the whole thing on us!
evil Tattletail: Were not going to take full blame for YOUR plans!
me: wow...

Dibsy: "Peanut, are you seeing this?"
Peanut: "Yeah..."

Cracky: GAH! Ok! Fine! *glares at Dibsy, Peanut and Henry* We'll get you later... COME ON FELLAS!
Lycia and Carter: *flee with Cracky*
evil me: were sorry about the other day.
evil Remy: We wouldn't have been here if it wasn't for a friend of yours
Komodo Joe: *walks up* Your welcome by the way.
evil Komodo joe: Yea. We owe you one.
Evil Tattletail: Which is why we have a gift for you.
me: This ain't a trick is it?
evil me: No... Close your eyes.
me and Komodo Joe: *close our eyes*
Komodo Moe: Hello Labby. And hello to you as well brother.
me and Komodo Joe: MOE! *hugs him*
evil me: we revived him for you.
me: Thanks guys! You're the best!
evil clones: *Leave to return to Cortex's lab*
evil me, evil Remy, evil Komodo Joe and evil Tattletail: *hesitate*
me: are you ok?
evil me, evil Remy, evil Komodo Joe and evil Tattletail: *start to choke up*
Komodo Joe: What's wrong?
evil me, evil Remy, evil Komodo Joe and evil Tattletail: *burst into tears and hug me* WE DON'T WANNA GO BACK!
me: Why?
evil me: Cortex is always mean to us!
evil Remy: Every time we fail! He beats us with a whip and he locks us in a cage!
evil Komodo Joe: We never want to hurt anyone! But we have to act like we do in order to please our boss!
evil Tattletail: We hate having the life we do now! It's nothing but sadness and pain with no friends to comfort us!
me: aww...*tears up* I forgive you. I can also be your friend.
Remy: *Pulls up in car* we all can be your friends!
Duncan: Exactly! You have our companionship.
me: You can also live with us.
evil me: thanks pal...*sniff*

(I then aim my pistol at Lycia, and with the pull of the trigger, I successfully shot her in the leg, puncturing it in the process.)

(Lycia doesn't notice you doing this until it's too late. Once her leg is shot, she yowls in anguish, and slips onto the ground.)
Lycia: (yelling) "MOTHER OF MELMAC!! Who shot me?!"
Carter: "I don't know, my lady."
Dibsy: *whispering to you* "Nice shot, Sam."

Sam (me, as a raccoon): *whispering back to Dibsy* Thanks, Dibsy.
(I then aim my pistol at Cracky and Carter, waited 2 seconds, and then with the pull of the trigger I shot Cracky in the leg, and Carter in the arm. I then blow the smoke out of my pistol.)

Cracky: "EEEEEEYYYEEEEOOOOW! (he falls down.) "That hurt, you pathetic loser!! Now I can't walk for a whole month!"
(Carter yowls in pain, and clutches his arm that got shot.)

(I then aim my pistol at Lycia's arm, thinking "Only one more shot to go...", and then I successfully shoot her arm. I blow the smoke out of my pistol again.)

TJ is wondering what the cats would think if Peanut was a cat too. He does that sometimes when visiting TJ, especially since he loves to hug him and pet him. But TJ doesn't why he can act feline. Don't worry about the him, he just had an interesting thought while looking at the picture.

Lycia: *growls* "Unbelievable. First this pathetic purple fox tries to stop me from eradicating the remaining Melmacians, then this wimpy orange fox and his fat otter friend come to defend him, and now you two show up to defy me as well?! BE GONE!"
Dibsy: "Hey! Leave my brother Henry alone! Why would you hurt such a gentle creature?"

Blacky: I will kick YOUR BUTT! *running while he preparing attack Lycia and Cracky*
