just using the magic wand, epand, feather and then opacity settings in photoshop works for me, playing with those things came out with a nice effect. the base color starting out with being a light blue

Ok I have a similar program to photoshop, and I recognize all those tools but epand. What does that do so that hopefully I can find the same thing on my program. XD

well it takes the area selected by the magic wand and expands it by however many pixels u request but keeps the shape as best it can. than u feather that expansion, use a soft brush, opacity low, create ur glow. thats how i go about it

THis is really good. His pose is firece and strong which I love about the Avatar State. You also got the glow of his eyes and arrows JUSt right!

ya i know. i was playing with the glow for a while and couldnt find a balance i liked, so just left as was

I wonder if maybe you can put a contrast filter over it just enough to bring it out, for whenever or if you ever choose to get back to it.

If you feel you must then tinker away. If you need help I will gladly help though I don't hve photoshop, I have Photo Impression 5. It has some of the same features as photoshop but it's not the same
