Description
It was a wild ride as I entered the portal from the spot I found that strange device, but as I exited out, I was left blind for a few seconds and as the bright light in my eyes vanish, I find myself in a different place, a familiar place and then I found out that I'm in the same place I dreamed of being, Toronto, Canada from the movie Turning Red. I was excited at first, but then that immediately went away when I saw Ming and Jin Lee, who are just looking at me with shocked and confused looks on their face because even they don't know what's happening! As I awkwardly smile, I said to them, "Uhhh...Hiiiii....?" They have no response, instead they simply fainted and fallen to the floor. I then said to myself, "Oh boy."

A few minutes later, both Ming and Jin woke up and they find themselves back in their own house. I then politely ask them, "Hey, you guys alright?", to which they shouted in shock, but I then calmed them down saying, "Whoa, Whoa! Easy! I'm not going to hurt you, it's alright." Ming panics and asks me, "W-who are you? And how did you even get here?!" I then replied, "Oh, w-we'll get to that later, as for who I am, my name is Justin Christopher Huskey." Ming started to calm down and Jin says to me with his hand held out for a handshake, "Well, h-hi "Justin", happy to meet you." I then hold out my hand, allowing that handshake and happily said to Jin, "Happy to meet you too. ^^" Ming then asks me, "Okay, we got your name, but where did you come from?", to which I replied, "I came from Gillispie, Illinois. Well, back in the day I used to live in Hillsboro and I graduated from a high school there." I then tell them, "Now, about how I got here, I came here via portal and I didn't know it could even bring me here since I just typed a single name down." Ming says, "Portal?", and then she asks me, "When did you came here using a portal?" I said to Ming, "By using this.", then I pulled out the strange device and showed it to Ming and Jin and they were surprised at the sight of this mechanism. Ming was astonished as she says, "Wow!" Jin then asks me about the strange device, saying to me, "How did you even find this thing?" "To be honest, I don't know how I even found this thing. I just found it lying on the grass in the front yard of my house in Gillespie after my usual walk." I replied. Ming then says to me, "Well, I'm pretty sure that whatever this thing is, it's dangerous when it gets to the wrong hands." I agree with Ming as I said to her, "You're right! Who knows what will happen if someone else gets their hands on it. Or even worse if that thing breaks, it might fracture the whole multiverse." Jin then said, "Maybe we should place that thing somewhere where it can't be found, but somewhere only Justin can find." Ming got an idea and placed the device behind the painting of her ancestor, Sun Yee, in one of the drawers inside the family temple. Ming then sighed and said, "Crisis averted." She then says to me, "Well, now that we got rid of the whole "Multiverse" situation, perhaps tell us more about yourself, just so we could know you a bit more." I happily said, "Well, OK then." I then tell Ming and Jin more about myself, saying that back in Hillsboro, I used to work in a cookie shop made by one of my teachers and I also had a job of hawling cafeteria food to other schools in Hillsboro. I also told them that I was a good gamer back at the day and I have a console called the Nintendo Switch. I then told them that this place I'm in right now took place in a Disney movie, Turning Red and I told them that I loved that movie and wished that I could actually visit this place and see the main character face to face. I finished the story saying, "Suddenly I found that strange device and now here I am, inside this house and chatting with you two right now." Both Ming and Jin were astonished by my backstory from a few memories of my past to the current events. Jin said to me, "Whoa, all that stuff you did was pretty amazing back at Illinois!" "Thanks Jin!" I replied. Ming smiled and said, "Yeah, that's pretty remarkable. You know, Justin, you're not so bad after all." I warmly smiled and said "Thanks Ming." Just then, we heard another voice saying, "Mom, Dad, we're home!" And soon I end up seeing the main character and all four of her friends in person: Meilin Lee, and her friends, Miriam, Priya, Abby, and Tyler! As Mei took one look at me, she then asks her mother, "Uhh, hey mom! Who's that guy?", to which she replied, "He's our new guest. Say hello to Justin Huskey." I happily said to her, "Nice to meet you." Mei then says to me "Well, nice to meet you too Justin!" She then says to her friends, "Besties, I want you to say hello to our new guest, Justin Huskey!" I started to blush a little and said to Mei's friends, "Hello." One by one, Mei's besties greet me happily. Miriam said, "Hey there!", Priya said, "Yo.", Abby said, "What's up?", and Tyler said, "Happy to meet you." Ming chuckles and says to Mei, "Well, now that you meet our new guest, how about you and your friends have that slumber party you wanted to have?" Mei then said to her mom, "Thanks Mom!" Then she says to her friends, "C'mon besties, let's go to my room and have some fun!" As I see Mei and her friends head to her room, I then ask Ming, "Hey Ming, how about I go there too, so your daughter could also know about me." Ming happily says to me, "That's sound lovely." I smiled, happily said, "Thanks Ming" and head to Mei's room so I could tell Mei and her friends all about me. Who knows? I might end up being Mei's friend as well and become one of her besties.
