Oscar is a weak and skinny looking character, but he brings "looks can be deceiving" to a whole new level, because although he may look weak, frail, and skinny, he's actually super strong, like really strong, like say if he punched a building, he can make it collapse and fall down, or see someone tried to hit him with a metal frying pan, it would just leave a dent in the shape of his face instead of knocking them out, but he may be tough, but he has a little soft side.
