There's a little story that comes with this form, I guess you might say it's a slight different evolution path.

After the events of the star origins, Justin went on to live with Neko, but for some weird reasons unknown, his star aura in him was somehow fused with his family's own auras to create the Moon ability. It did give him the moon around his star on his tail to represent Justin's purest form, but it did give him a cost, his fur color would change to a white and a slight gray color. After that transformation, he went on to find a mansion where his Uncle Loyka (loyka32 ) lives, while there, he met all sorts of eeveelutions he never seen before while also seeing a few of his family members on the mansion as well. After Loyka notices Justin's new form, he went on to bring him to the laboratory for testing. After 30 minutes of non stop testing, Justin discovers that the moon ability was there for a reason, it was used to help others in a desperate need, and as well as protecting the family from really dangerous scenarios. Pleased with this form, he's more than willing to help his family fighting against all sorts of threats including battling against beserk pokemon if they ever returned.

The purest form gives Justin the ability to fly, share his star aura with his allies to increase their stats for a limited time, and his aura sphere and bone rush are now in a silver instead of his lighteon form's gold. He has yet to master some of those new abilities but he'll eventually master them all.
