Synopsis:

“Ben 10: Gets up” is a long form comic rewrite of the Ben 10 series following the ending of the classic series.
This rewrite will begin quite similarly to the original alien force material – but the differences will continue to increase over time, resulting in reinterpretations of existing story arcs, and entirely new stories within the prime continuity.

Character summary:

Spidermonkey, an alien unlocked after scanning alien con artist Simian, and the first addition to Ben's recaliibrated roster. Spidermonkey is one of Ben's favourites due to reminding him of a certain comic book character he loves reading. In addition to this, Spidermonkey is an excellent all-rounder alien, being fast, strong, and all the right kinds of slimy and freaky.

Powers and abilities:

Webbing generation:

Spidermonkey can produce thick, durable webbing as strong as a steel cable from his tail. This can be used to trap opponents, swing across vast distances or create web constructs.

Massive field of vision:

Spidermonkey has 8 eyes, with 2 on each tail. This allows him to see almost 360 degrees around him, in addition to his night vision.

Air sensitivity:

Spidermonkey's hairs that cover his body are highly sensitive to changes in air pressure, meaning that he can sense things he can't see or hear.

Enhanced agility:

Spidermonkey has insane agility, capable of performing amazing acrobatic feats.

Wall crawling:

Spidermonkey has the spectacular ability to adhere to almost any suface, seemingly defying gravity.

Weakenesses:

Webbing counters:

Since spidermonkey uses his webs so much, there is enough of them to potentially be used against him. the webs are also flammable, and can easily be broken by species with sufficient strength, such as tetramand, highbreed, or even Citrakayah.
