Nuclear Blue is a supervillain. He is Japanese. He was born during the atomic bomb in Japan. He was born and raised by a only mother until one of these days, his mother was killed and he was brought as a test subject to create with destruction powers. His powers is based off radiation and blue energy. He can absorb any type form of energy and he can destroy anyone and anything he wants to destroy the whole government because of what they did to him and will kill anyone that stands in his way. He can sometimes be anti-hero like Black Adam and sometimes he is a supervillain. What you guys think about him?
