Tom just kept crying cause he felt so bad for Ed. Right from the beginning he hated the fact that Alex chose Charlie over Ed, the one that really loved Alex. He and Ed had talked about it forever and Ed finally was convinced enough to tell Alex. And now despair was written over Ed's face. He didn't cry instead he walk over to Charlie and put his hand on Charlie's shoulder to comfort him. It was hard on him that Alex didn't like him, but he was sure that Charlie needed his friends right now.

Why did Charlie act this way because Alex was gay, it wasn't like Alex said "Charlie I love you" and then kissed him. Alex looked at the -now cold- tea he gave Charlie. He brought it back to the kitchen and emptied it in the sink. He thought Charlie would at least hear him out but no, he just ran away. 'why did I have to tell him' Alex thought almost hating himself for the fact that he thought his friend was different than the rest of the world who all seemed to hate gay people. Now he would never be able to tell someone else. He decided to call Charlie, to see if he had changed his mind and had come to his senses. He dialed his number and his spirit broke at every beep. Then he heard a voice on the other end telling him Charlie didn't want to speak to him. He knew the voice so damn well, it was Ed's voice. Why did it have to be Ed. "why is he so mad at me" Alex asked Ed trying to hide his feelings "I thought he wasn't one of those narrow-minded homophobic assholes" "but it's different when you say you love him" Ed explained, in a voices that was filled with jealousy. Alex ran his hands thru his hair "I never said that" he shouted "I just said I was gay and there was a reason I was telling him, but before I could tell him the reason he was already gone" "well than what was the reason Charlie needed to know" Ed said trying to suppress his happiness because he knew he still hadn't won. Maybe I should come over to tell you, all of you" Alex said, immediately regretting it because he stil didn't know if should tell Ed "see you in about 20 minutes then. I'll explain everthing to Tom and Charlie" "bye" "bye"

as Ed hang up the Charlie's phone and handed it back to him he saw Tom and Charlie where looking at him like they would explode if Ed didn't explain. Instead he asked Charlie what Alex said. "well that he was gay and he had to tell ME" he sight "it was just like those cherimons I had to read" "but did he say he loved you" Ed asked. Charlie went over the whole scene again in his mind, and came to the conclusion Alex didn't actually say it like that "no he didn't but he said there was a reason he told me so I figured…" "well you're wrong Ed said with a smile on his face, "he'll explain when he gets here" they waited till they heard the doorbell and saw Alex entering after Charlie opened the door. "I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions" Charlie said wile hugging Alex "but why did you tell me, what was the reason" "the reason is that I'm in love" he looked at Ed who had the same shocked reaction as Charlie had before, but he decided he had to tell them the true "and I'm in love with you Ed" he said while he saw Ed's shocked face turn in to a smile. Ed walked up to him and hugged him tide running one hand thru Alex's hair. "I love you to" he whispered into his ear
