The Persian variation of a phoenix. It has the tail of a peacock, the paws of a lion, and the head of a dog, but I once saw a version that had the head of a cat. What you drew here gives me a similar vibe.

I looked it up and yeah you're right! It does look like a Simurgh with the exception of mine having a cat head. It's really a coincidence
