WHAT?? This page of Sorrowtale is fully colored?? Whhhhaaaaaatt??? (-you've never played tuber simulator?) Yup, this page is in full color and mass detail.The reason this page took soooooo long to finish was bc of the detailed and colored background. Another reason is bc there was an insane amount of experimenting I did with this page, mostly for the coloring and shading methods and art style alterations. Over the span of a month I work on this page, the background alone took me about a whole week if I combined all my work hours on it. And the characters themselves took me about 5 hours only. *I seriously pushed my absolute limits in my current digital art skills so far* Despite me saying that, I absolutely loved drawing this page! Mostly bc I love drawing details in the background, especially in the 1st panel.
The reason why this page is fully colored and detailed is bc I wanted to showcase the beauty of The Garden, which is a tropical rainforest themed garden that Flowey and Toriel grew in front of Toriel's house. If you've played Undertale, The huge tree you seen in the panels is the dark dead tree in front of Toriel's house. Unlike in Undertale, where the tree is dead, here it's full of life. Showing the beauty of The Garden could not have been shown if I drew and colored this page like how I did with previous pages.
The 2nd reason was bc I wanted to test and push my limits even further again to improve, and I think it worked to some degree.
After putting so much effort into this page, while I was working on this, I had a lil fear at the back of my head telling me that all this effort wouldn't be worth it, but I just ignored it. So it would mean the world to me and make this page worth while if you guys give me critique and feedback to me QwQ

From Undertale? Maybe XD He his Garden he only grows one type of flowering plant. Here, Tori and Flowey grew countless of different species. So I guess these two takes the win?
In Sorrowtale, if Tori is the one into garden instead of Asgore, then what's Asgore into?

So, Toriel's planing something special for Frisk, but you gave us something really special here. You did a great job of capturing the variety of plant flora that could be found in tropical biomes! The cliffhanger from the last page was well worth it. Your effort payed off nicely! I don't expect future pages to be like this because of the time you say it took to make this one page, but I have to say, I look forward to whenever you next feel the urge to experiment with your art!
