I found the paper where this art was i freakin surprised cuz i thought I've lost this. so yeah, does are the first concept designs ST flowey. at first i wanted to make him like a wilted messed up flower. but then he looked dull and boring so then i went for the idea of him being a flower with pistils. Then i got the idea of making him as a Hibiscus flower ^^
