Some context is needed as to who those three pokemon are. On the island, after Aly died, Vance took care of her pokemon. He then gave them to Lisa but kept Aly's Vulpix. Lisa had Aly's remaining pokemon with her all the time. They survived because she didn't use them in battle.

After dying on the island a friend took care of aly‘s pokemon. this friend gave them to lisa except one. those three are aly‘s pokemon from the island. Context was needed flr that one. I‘ll add it to the description sorry haha
