Not true. The writers for TLK stated in an interview that they hadn't thought who would be Nala's dad but it would have to be either Mufasa or Scar.

Not true. Have you seen the typical cartoon association that the daughter looks like the mom and the son looks like the dad. If not, watch the end of Disney's Lady and the Tramp.

I'm not to sure what you mean here but "The Madness of King Scar" is from the Broadway musical and not a cut scene from the movie.

Sorry... I don't known that "The madnes ecc." was a scene of Brodway musical O_O but accourding the fur, I "believe" much more in Genetics thet in cartoons stereotypes XD (So, Scar's cubs can be Kula and Chumvi... they have an unusual dark fur XD)

Some people think that Ni is Nala's dad... but accourding your impoortant news... in the cartoon Nala CAN be Scar's daughter! In facts, I "prefer" that she is Simba's cousin... if she's his half-sister... it's TERRIBLE! XD
So... we have to descover who is Nala's dad in the Musical XD (Maybe, it's Lord Vader XDDDDD)

Anyway this kind of inbreeding is common in monarchies. Look at the European monarchies from the fall of Rome to now. Nearly all of them can be traced back to a few common ancestors. Marrying your first cousin to keep politics in check was very common.
