,  to be compleetly honest I wasn't planning on joining any more groups. But this caught my eye while people in discord chats were talking about it.. and me having a weak spot for fusions didn't really help me from not doing this.

So I dusted off old Jonathan over here and figured he might work better in an RP group setting instead of an OCT setting.
So with a new spiffy look (lineles and everything) will he be traveling to a new region to learn all about fusion pokemon).

30 sept 2019: Team update: Jon released his partner, found a new one and left 2 up for adoption. Ready to face new challanges as a new chapter opens up for him. Also with this, a new ref :>

Jonathan is by deffinition the guy that would sit infront of class and give the answers to all the questions. A devoted student, Jonathan aims to become a pokemon professor someday. Maybe not like Oak, Birch or Roan, but a proffesor none the less. Because of this Jonathan primary focus is often on discovering the research of new things.
Jonathan is calm and analytic, he'd much rather prefer to aproach a situation by having been able to think about it first.
Jonathan has a tendancy to sound vague and all over the place.
Jonathan will gladly geek out about things like pokemon facts. He also loves to geek about researching with others.
Jonathan struggles with subtle hints.
Jonathan is capable of being a part of a conversation without even saying a word, this would likely be to happen while he's doing research, or listening to someone else.
Jonathan can't really stand it when he's being corrected by someone else, he'll get frustrated but will do his best not to let it show.
Jonathan doesn't do well with big crouds. He just isn't used to it and will struggle to keep his posture.

Talents:

·         Jonathan is a pretty good cook. He'd gladly cook for people he'd meet on the road for example.
·         Jonathan is quite the skilled swimmer.
·         Jonathan knows how to navigate by the stars.
· Jonathan is capable of sketching pretty actuate sketches of pokemon he encounters or researches.

Likes:

· Reading. Jonathan is a hardcore reading fanatic. Wheter it's for research or for fun, he's often seen carrying a book atleast somewhere on him.
· To keep himself occupied. He would much rather do something than sitting on a couch for a whole day.
· Classical music. He does like modern music, but there's something much more plesent about classical music.
· Boats. Jonathan prefers boats over any other type of vehical.

Dislikes:

· Spiders. Don't ask him, it's better not to.
· Television. Jonathan would much rather read than sit infront of a television doing nothing.
· Being corrected.
· Sandstorms. Jonathan would much rather avoid them.

History:

Jonathan has always been the more curious type of guy. As a child he would already try to discover everything he could around town. His curiosity would always get the better of him and cause him to try to see the world... or atleast the town he lived in for himself. Jonathan would at an early age already spark a flame of curiosity in himself that wouldn't wither. It would only grow as he'd grow older.
Even during his school years, Jonathan would much rather try to learn as much as he was possibly capable of. Sadly this curriosity wouldn't be acted uppon by his teachers. No, to learn more, young Jonathan would often times find himself visiting the museum in town. Unlike the other kids in town, who would much rather play around with eachother, running around with the wild electrike that would come into town every so often. Jonathan would often gaze in amazement at what's on display in the museum. As Jonathan grew older, he would visit the museum more frequently, having been able to talk with multiple scientists that would show up in the museum from time to time, learning from the expeciances they would share with him. Jonthan was absolutely fasinated.

Even though Jonathan's curiosity would have guided him during his childhood. He couldn't resist going on an pokemon adventure when he was offered the opertunity. Being able to see the world on his own was a dream come true. Jonathan would find himself traveling through Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and even Kalos. He even compeeted in the pokemon league challanges the regions hosted.
But as Jonathan would grow older, his lust for travel would be replaced with being content enough to stay in one place and learn about the world.
When Jonathan returned to Slateport city, Jonathan would stop by the museum again, only to meet some of the scientists he recognised from his childhood. The two of them got talking and following the conversation, Jonathan ended up aplying to study to become a fully fletched researcher.

The study was amazing. Jonathan had found the perfect thing for him. There wasn't a dull moment, each day he would learn new things, it was absolutely perfect. There were even courses covering pokemon biology and health.
During his studies he would also learn about the famed pokemon professors and their specialties. Making him wonder, if he would have it in him to one day be as wel recognised as someone like Oak or Roan. He would quickly shrug off these thoughts, it wasn't really why he was trying to become a researcher. Jonathan would want to discover the unknown. Jonathan dreamed of one day being the one enabling man to dive to the deepest depths and discover what sorts of pokemon would hide there.

Later however, Jonathan would hear stories of a newly discovered area, a place previously unknown by man, uncharted... It peaked his interests, but... he didn't act on them at first. No it wasn't untill Jonathan heard people talking about something being weird with the genes of the pokemon in this place. THAT, that was what interested him the most. Something new was discovered!
Would he be able to do research on this phenomenon? He wasn't sure, but he was willing to take the chance.
Jonathan would start informing about this newly discovered area and how to get there. He would soon after find a way to get to this newly discovered land.
Ready for a new adventure, one to support his own growth as a researcher, Jonathan packed his things and got ready to leave.
He left his pokemon behind with his parents. He was sure, that they would take proper care of them.
New adventure awaited.
New discoveries.
A new chapter for his life.

·         Jonathan was once a trainer and still knows his way around a proper pokemon battle.
        o Jonathan’s Battle style is carefull and analytic.
·         Jonathan has arachnophobia.
          o He does think joltick and galventula aren't as bad... but prefers it if they do stay away from him.

          o He has however branched out to become a more well rounded user.

· He can still see without his glasses, but it's deffinatly harder on him.

·         Jonathan has tatoos on his body, they aren't disturbing or anything like that, but he does much rather keep them covered up as much as he can.
·         Jonathan's quite used to being in the water, he'd move around in it with much ease. (Practice makes perfect right?)
