History:
Reed comes from a hard working family in the middle of the Kanto region, spending long hours working on the family farm with his father and brother. He comes from a family of all boys, all too familiar with rambunctious antics that came with that. Still, he much preferred to spend time with his mother, he helped prepare food and, as the oldest, he often served as a 2nd mother to his siblings as their father was far from the caring type. That wasn't to say that he was soft, of course. He worked the farm just as hard as the others and he fought with the best of them. He had done his fair share of stupid, he just didn't enjoy it the same way his younger siblings did. When their mother grew weak, he was left to cook their meals and bandage their wounds. Still, his brothers didn't think less of him when he worked less and less on the farm, aside from a jab here or two, they respected him greatly.

When his brothers grew older and his mother passed, their father had grown too weary to work the farms as hard, so it was handed down to him and his siblings, but Reed didn't want to live that way forever. He cared about his brothers and the farm, of course, but they had it more than handled with their wives and their kids on the way. He was no longer really needed, and, without his mother there, he felt as if he had little worth anymore. Despite his brothers asking him to stay, he had to leave the only home he had ever known to search for his self worth again. Somewhere in that search, he found himself trapped on the island of Nozama, and in it, a small civilization in desperate need of farmers just like him.
