JW, this still stands as the best done clicker costume out there, years later. That being said, I cosplay a clicker when I attend conventions, and for the life of me have no ide how to do the make up part of it. I really need to figure out how to get the realistic mold on my skin. Is there any way you could please give me some tips? Thanks in advance!

I've got the clothes and the mask covered already, no problem there. But I have no ide how to do the make-up. The realistic mold look. Basically all the make-up wor you did on her neck and arms. I need to know how to make it look good, as you have.

Oh! Gotcha! Basically I used liquid latex and normal old Tree Bark. I used the liquid latex to paint onto areas of the skin and I painted the latex onto one side of the tree bark. They dry fast and become tacky and latex sticks to other latex really well. Then I just used latex covered tissue to fill in the gaps. Finish with white body paint

The thing I wished Id done the most was to have made a face cast of Emma so I could make a mask that was closer to her face. It should look like its coming out of her head but this one looks like its just sitting on her face.

Well I can't make a face cast kinda can't afford that lol But maybe I can come up with something. Another question I have is how did you shape the pollyfilla? Like make the shape, like carving it and what not.

Ok the Polyfilla is tricky. First get yourself protective goggles and gloves, if you get any in your eyes its game over. I got some no my hands and my Tv while spraying it and lost skin on my hands and my Tv is buggered.
I put it on tinfoil to make pealing and moulding the filla a lot easier but be careful when you do peal it as the polyfilla against the foil won’t dry as it doesn’t get any air.
Anyway back to moulding! You will need to test as you go, I used three cans just on what you see above. You can get loads out of a can (I mean LOADS) but getting the right shapes took a lot of attempts.
So let’s say you spray a section onto some tinfoil into a square shape. You let it start to dry, keep poking it until the surface is (With Gloves On!) touch dry. Then just start pulling and clumping up large sections until it’s the shape you want. It should start drying very fast after that so now just bend the tinfoil so the foam has some curve in it and isn’t just pancake flat. When the outside is hard peal it and let in inside dry. Then you can carve and paint it
Do lots of little tests before you jump into it and most of all Good Luck!

That's awesome. Most cosplays I see, people like to dress up as the pretty girl or the hero, but it's interesting to see a costume of one of the 'monsters' - and such a nicely crafted one at that.
