If you mean this one , these two pics may seem similar at first, but they're actually quite different, using a different technique, design and a pose. It's quite a coincidence the authors published them within a couple of hours within each other

Sure, you have to read between the lines though. When someone says something like what you said (and nothing else), there's the implication that one of the artists may have copied from the other one. I said that the two pictures are different enough that that's unlikely in this case.
