yes he absolutely saw me and the other photographers around. Generally when shooting moose I find myself within 20 feet of them give or take at some point.

Thats totally awesome I tried to take some shot of dear in my erea but their way to skittish and run away first thing when they see me or hear me.

A moose was one animal I was dying to see in Yellowstone and I didn't get a chance to find one. Maybe next time. Well done. Glad you found what you were looking for.

Thanks . I have no issue finding moose, we have lots of them here and in the winter it is nearly a daily occurrence to cross paths with them.

This was taken in the Glen Alps area, just outside of Anchorage Alaska.

I see moose nearly every day from fall through spring, and often here and there in the summer, just part of living here. However this was a trip specifically to find the bull moose in rut.
