Dreepy having been discovered to have not gone extinct in certain remote areas. Their limbs aren't very well equipped for land travel so they prefer to spend most of their time in shallow waters.

Now able to swim through deeper waters with ease, Drakloak care for Dreepy and other small pokemon, offering them rides on their heads. If they sense danger, they submerge and make an underwater getaway with great speed.

The supposed original true form of Dragapult. They are top predators of many fish pokemon. In addition to being able to fire off the Dreepy nestled in their horns, the Dreepy can also spin rapidly to act as underwater turbines. As such, Dragapult's underwater speed is completely unmatched.
