Okay okay okay I admit this is fun. As Mameng's virual Play-Doh form did not have the right kinds of moving parts I skipped the neutral pose and went right for a move. Despite Paint 3D offering an "Underwater (Minecraft)" filter I decided that was too dark/obscuring.

The water currents and bubbles were the pleasant part to craft. The glorious fishie himself is easier to draw than model but I persevered! And... honestly, it came out fairly cute.
