-you must be part of the Mistressdoodles group as a member in order to own a Mistress
-Please credit me when you draw a Mistress. If you get art of your Mistress, please ask them to credit me.
-you can change their outfits as you wish
-Do not back out of an offer. This could result in you never being able to get a Mistress.
-If you wish to trade a Mistress with another person, note me and the person you wish to trade with. Things will be discussed then.
-You can not return a Mistress! You can not RESELL a Mistress! Doing so will have you banned from getting any Mistress' and I may reclaim ownership of the Mistress if you attempt to sell.
-I reserve the right for refunds
-offers for art must be completed within a months time of winning, money offers must be completed within 48 hours of winning
-I can refuse any offer for any reason at all
-any guilting, whining or passive aggressive comments will be ignored and hidden.
-do not offer if you haven't been on Deviantart for 4 MONTHS OR MORE
-Adopts will be accepted as offers on OTA's, as long as it is from a species I am interested in.

1. you may not sell my designs. if you choose to part with them, you may trade them for art or gift them, but you may not receive money for them
2. my art is not to be used for commercial purposes. You may not use my designs for things like V-Tubing, personal sales, and you must give me credit for the design when you've drawn it.
3. I reserve the right to deny/refuse any commission for any reason.
4. You must credit me for the art/designs I create for you. I put a lot of work into my art and I would like people to know where you got it from
5. I am not a machine. I work full time (40-50 hours a week) and I do art on the side as I have time. Be patient with me. Some commissions could take longer than others, but I promise they will get done and be worth it. Expect no more than a 2 month turn around time unless otherwise stated. (Usually completed in a month unless I am very busy)
6. I will not draw anything hateful, hurtful, homophobic, racist or 'othering'. I do not want my art to make anyone feel like I am not being respectful
my prices are what they are because my materials are expensive and I have been working on my skills for many years. If you do not think they are fair, please keep it to yourself and don't commission me. I understand not everyone can afford what I charge, but my time is just as valuable as your money.
