These spiders(Daddy Long Legs) feed on other very venomous spiders and so are thought to have very potent venom themselves. This is a misconception.Jimmy looks so lonely in this picture. I see him as someone who hyped himself up or psyched himself out before meeting Johnny, like a spider who believes their own urban legend.

Jynx, this one's my favourite for long! And it's not only the fact that it has Jimmy, but for how he's portrayed: The pose, the spider, the background...
The spider is just the perfect bug for Jimmy and everytime I see one I'll think of him.

I am in love with your interpretation. It's what I've always thought, but it's articulated so beautifully.
in terms of the picture, GODLOVEWHAT. I could stare at the wood paneling for the next ten minutes. The tilt of Jimmy's head is gorgeous, in fact the whole form of his body is beautiful, it just leaks cold introspection. AND THE SPIDER. It's all shiny and elegant, and so creepy.
